NYK Disposables – will give you around 400 puffs (the equivalent of about 40 ordinary cigarettes).
Remember, you can’t recharge a NYK Disposable battery, or refill the cartridge. So once used, be sure to recycle. 

NYK batteries all use lithium-ion technology. Only use NYK accessories to recharge NYK batteries.

NYK e-cig battery – will last up to 300 puffs.

Please note: NYK Disposable can’t be recharged.

It’s just an indicator that the battery has been overused. You don’t have to recharge it – just leave it for a minute, and you’ll be ready to go again.

Generally speaking it should last between 4 to 7 days but again this is very dependent upon how often you smoke. Put simply, an average smoker of 15 cigarettes a day using a 10ml e-liquid won’t need to replace the liquid for a week.

One ACQUA 10ml E-liquid bottle is equivalent to 200 cigarettes.

One ACQUA E-Liquid consists of 4 main ingredients; Nicotine, Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerine (VG) and food standard flavouring..

Typically the Manhattan battery will last you throughout the whole day and continuous nonstop use the battery will last 6 hours.

From a ACQUA 10ml bottle you will be able to refill the Manhattan clearomiser approximately 7 times.

High (24mg): 15 or more cigarettes per. Medium (18mg): between 10-15 cigarettes per day. Low (11mg): 10 per day. Ultra Low (6mg): less than 10 per day. Zero(0mg): if you wish to cut out nicotine entirely.

It really depends on what juice you use and how much you vape, some people prefer to keep different clearomisers for different types of flavours one for fruit flavours, one for menthol flavours and another for tobacco flavours. When your juice starts having a "off" taste it's good to get a fresh one, usually a month.

Although electronic cigarettes are safer than smoking regular tobacco cigarettes they don't contain tobacco, tar or cancerous toxins, they do still contain nicotine which is addictive and safe in small measured doses. The safety of electronic cigarettes is still being tested but so far reports have suggested that they don't harm as smoking regular cigarettes. There are also no known passive smoking risks with electronic cigarettes.
